Our heated hose use high performance insulation and pressure tested hose cores. We also use our high quality production processes and heating technology in pipes, valves, heating blankets for any application. We manufacture high quality specialty hoses, teflon hoses, stainless steel hoses, heated hoses, replacement hoses, hoses designed and built to exacting requirements. All Neptech products are pressure tested. Heating elements are made of high-grade heat- conducting alloys.	Neptech hoses can be used for virtually any application that requires a heated line for process performance and improved flow behavior. The most important element of a heated hose is the core. We utilize stain steel braid around the outer surface, which provides outstanding resistance to heat, pressure, pulsing, flexing and vibration. Neptech offers a complete selection of custom fittings to meet all applications. The positive braid lock ensures that strain is absorbed by the braid and not the Teflon hose.
