ELECTRICALLY HEATED RUBBER HOSES

HOT WAX

8 FOOT HEATED TEFLON STEEL-BRAID HOSE:

Designed with rugged construction, the flexibility of this braiding, combined with
the inherent flexibility of the Teflon core, produces exceptional construction to
withstand colors and scents.

The smooth bore Teflon core also provides for easy cleaning with very little
residue from previous colors and scents.

Minimal waste per batch - estimated at less than 3 ounces.  Minimal downtime
during changeovers.



HEATED HOSE (wenesco)

Rugged construction with Teflon lining and stainless steel braid.  

Hose is 6 feet long with light weight gun, made from stainless steel and
anodized aluminum.

Gun nozzle may be quickly changed for pouring into smaller containers.

All of our hoses are engineered to meet or exceed industry standards, using a
PTFE Teflon inner core (260C maximum operating temperature) with a stainless
steel overbraid (1400C melting point).

MATERIALS

  • Inner core is made of PTFE to withstand temperatures of more than 200C and
    resistant to aggressive hot-melts.
  • Inner hose is reinforced by stainless steel fabric for high pressure
    resistance.
  • NTC temperature sensor and heater winding are applied over the steel fabric.
  • A silicon foam layer provides thermal insulation.
  • Outside mesh protects the insulation from mechanical damage.
  • Impact-resistant caps with the electrical connections are attached to both
    ends.
  • A sealing heat with spigot nut connects the heated hose to the appliance and
    applicator system.
